Earlier this summer we were excited to unveil our new brand, Mineral. Minerals are the essential building blocks for a healthy system, and our name, Mineral, reflects our belief that HR and compliance – and the people at the center of them – are the essential building blocks for a healthy and successful organization.

But for us, Mineral isn’t just a name – it’s also a promise. A promise to our partners and clients to make HR and compliance simple, so they can focus on building a healthy and thriving team and business. So today I want to share with you the first step we’re taking to follow through on that promise: announcing the launch of our new Mineral Platform.

The Mineral Platform is powered by Mineral Intelligence, the industry’s first-of-its-kind, real-time, proactive HR and compliance engine designed to help businesses stay ahead of the curve. Yet still distinctly personal thanks to the HR and compliance expertise and tailored advice from our Mineral Experts.

The word “platform” gets used a lot these days, and usually refers to a piece of software. But we think about it differently.

The new Mineral Platform isn’t simply lines of code. It’s a community that brings together business leaders, HR practitioners, business service providers, subject matter experts, and content creators, all in the spirit of simplifying HR and compliance. We don’t think of the new Mineral Platform as our platform. The platform we’ve built will belong to our partners and clients. It’s your platform – literally and figuratively – for solving your HR and compliance needs, elevating your teams, and building great businesses.

So for the nearly 3,000 partners and 500,000 business owners, HR practitioners and leaders, and teams we’re proud to work with today, we’re going to enhance the HR and compliance experience in three key ways:

  • Proactive & Vigilant. In 2021, there’s no reason why any business should be surprised by its HR and compliance responsibilities. And yet, given how quickly the field of HR and compliance evolves and how complex it is, businesses are often playing catch up. Mineral will be the first company to leverage data and intelligence to create a predictive, proactive HR & compliance experience, so our clients are never caught by surprise.
  • Technology & Human Expertise. The new Mineral Platform will deliver an even more powerful combination of technology and human expertise. Beyond the tailored, personal advice you get from Mineral Experts today, the platform features enhanced navigation, search, and case management tools. This ensures our clients have a seamless experience accessing the expert guidance they need to rapidly solve their HR and compliance needs.
  • Personalized. Each business is unique, so their HR and compliance guidance should be, too. The new Mineral Platform will deliver a more personalized experience, tailoring our content, services, and software to our clients’ specific needs and profile.

We’re working now to get the platform ready for our partners and clients. As is always the case with innovation, we recognize the new platform will require our partners and clients to relearn some aspects of how you work with us. But we’ll be there to help you at each step of the way.

The future of HR and compliance is a more predictive, seamless, and personalized experience that enables employers to cut through the complexity, rapidly resolve their issues, and focus on what they love most – building their teams and businesses. And that future starts today.
