Frequently Asked Questions

Who can join the Mineral Community?

Community is currently available to select early adopters, including Mineral partners/sponsors and customers with access to Mineral Experts (Essential package). Access will be expanded to all eligible users on February 3rd, 2025. Eligible customers include active non-employee level users on Basics, Essentials and Elite packages. Community is not included in Core. Additional exclusions may apply.

What are the restrictions and code of conduct for the Community?

Sponsorship relationship to customers is not visible and discussions of sponsorship relationship and promotion of products or services are prohibited. All Community members must view and agree to the Code of Conduct before engaging.

How do I sign up for Community?

Eligible users are automatically granted access to the Community, which appears on the top navigation bar of their dashboard, next to “Resources.” To join, click on “Community,” and it will open in a new tab. Users will need to complete two steps when accessing the Community for the first time: agree to the Code of Conduct and confirm their account details. Once these steps are completed, users can start engaging immediately.

Is the Community Anonymous?

Community profiles display a user’s first name and last initial, as provided in their Mineral profile. All other personal information is optional, allowing users to share as much or as little as they feel comfortable. To learn more about customizing your profile, click here.

Will the Experts answer HR questions in the Community?

The Community is designed to be a space for HR and business professionals to connect, share experiences, and provide peer-to-peer feedback. While the Mineral Experts (and other members of the Mineral team) will occasionally join conversations and engage informally, the Community is not intended to be a channel for tailored guidance from the Experts. For situation-specific HR and compliance questions, users should continue to reach out through the existing channels, such as case submissions via the platform or phone calls.

How much does the Community cost?

The Community is available to eligible users at no additional cost.
