1. How to Find Mineral within the Intuit Platform
Not sure how to access the Mineral Platform? Get started with the following steps, or watch our tutorial video on the right:
- Sign into QuickBooks
- Click on “Payroll” on the left navigation menu, then click on “HR Advisor” under HR & Benefits
- Click on any of the HR resources to access the Mineral Platform

3. Learn: Assign Users to a Training Track
Learn is Mineral’s Learning Management System (LMS) that makes it easy to assign, track and manage employee training courses. Watch the following training video on the right to learn how to add users to an existing Learn training track.
4. Handbook Builder Tool Overview
See a quick overview of the handbook builder tool available in the Mineral Platform. Learn how to create a Smart Employee Handbook using the handbook wizard, so you can provide relevant handbooks to your workforce and stay on top of policy updates.
