How Mineral Makes HR and Compliance Simple: Introduction

Last week we announced the launch of the Mineral Platform. It’s powered by Mineral Intelligence, the industry’s first-of-its-kind, real-time, proactive HR and compliance engine. With the HR and compliance expertise and tailored advice of our Mineral Experts, our new platform will help businesses solve their HR and compliance needs, elevate their teams, and build great workplaces.

This platform represents the best of what we offered as ThinkHR and Mammoth, but we didn’t just build on our past. We listened to what our partners and clients had to say about what they want in an HR and compliance platform, and we incorporated those insights.

We’re also driven by our belief that HR and compliance can be a lot simpler and a whole lot less stressful than they are. We’ve been in the business a long time, and we know the challenges that come with an ever-changing compliance landscape, especially for small businesses.

We’ll say it: legislatures are better at passing laws than informing you about them or explaining what they mean. You can take an entire afternoon trying to get an answer to a question and still not be entirely sure you’re doing what’s required—and that’s assuming you even know to go looking. We’ve heard it. We know.

But we refuse to accept that HR and compliance must be like this. We’re committed to creating a future in which no one is caught off guard and every business can act quickly and confidently.

That future starts now, and we’re excited to share with you how we’re harnessing technology and expertise to make this future a reality. In the coming weeks and months, we’ll be writing in this space about the products we’re developing to make HR and compliance simpler and less stressful for you. Join us next week when we take an in-depth look at Mineral Intelligence
